Being present or assigning a responsible party during the move
Packing personal or sensitive items (e.g., jewelry, cash) separately
Notifying us of items that require special care
While we take great care in moving your belongings, we are not liable for:
Damage to items not packed by our team
Items of extraordinary value unless declared in advance
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control
Insurance coverage options may be available upon request.
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, or perishable items. Transporting such items may result in service termination without refund.
